Demonstration of Modular Hybrid Delivery System

We’re happy to share the successful demonstration of our Modular Hybrid Cable Management and Charging System under Smart Power Booster Project— a breakthrough in flexible, AI-assisted port electrification and cable delivery system. Designed for versatility and cost efficiency, the system reduces infrastructure needs by supporting multiple vessel types with fewer physical units. Using advanced image processing, our AI engine accurately detects and follows the female plug, enabling seamless autonomous connection. Thanks to its modular architecture, the system can operate as a stand-alone solution or integrate with third-party hardware like cranes and Cartesian systems. We offer it as a full turnkey package, a sub-system, or even as a standalone AI engine that partners can embed into their own equipment for smart plug handling.

A key advantage of the system is its ability to manage multiple plugs with a single delivery unit. This makes it ideal for fleet charging applications, where one mobile unit can move along a row of vehicles or vessels (trucks, buses, ships etc.), connecting to each in sequence. Instead of installing multiple fixed pantographs or plug stations, operators can reduce equipment and installation costs by leveraging this dynamic, multi-connection capability.

• Plug Detection AI-powered system scans the environment to locate the female plug. Image recognition targets the correct connector.

• Approach & Connection Delivery unit moves precisely toward the female plug. Plug aligns and securely connects.

• Charging Initiation Plug remains in place. Charging begins automatically after confirmation.

• Charging Completion System monitors charge status. Upon completion, the arm returns to unplug the connector.

• Retraction & Reset Arm retrieves the plug. Returns to its home position, ready for the next task.

• Modular Orientation System operates in various directions (horizontal, vertical, diagonal).Suitable for ports, vehicles, and constrained layouts.

• Multi-Plug Handling A single delivery unit services multiple plugs sequentially. Ideal for fleet charging—replaces multiple pantographs with one moving unit.
